John ensures TDS training programs are relevant, goal oriented and tailored to create career advancement for all of our employees. His passion is to motivate people to develop to their full potential. John collaborates with TDS management and supervisory teams to implement and deliver job specific skills training. Through his leadership, he fosters positive employee morale and long term employee retention.
Prior to TDS, John had great success working on projects of all sizes and scopes in the records management industry. He was also a successful business owner in the insurance industry for eight years.
