She has a proven track record managing outsourcing projects, business development, marketing, and administrative support for organizations that have included The Discovery Channel, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, Marriott Corporation and the Legal and Healthcare markets in the Washington, DC area.
Prior to joining TDS, she was Vice President of Federal Sales for Monster Government Solutions, a division of Monster Worldwide, Inc., which provided Human Capital solutions and consulting services to the Federal Government and VP of Outsourcing/Federal Services with Randstad North America, a global multi-billion dollar staffing and outsourcing organization. She started her career at TAB Products and spent 15 years in the records management industry. Joyce has also served as a mentor for the Partnership for Public Service Executive Mentorship Program.
